Many Out Taking Advantage Of Tax Free Holiday

Tax free weekend allows shoppers to do their back-to-school shopping free of state and local sales tax.
The tax free weekend kicked-off at just after midnight and will go through until Sunday at midnight.
Shoppers we spoke with said the stores weren't as packed as they had expected.
"I figured a madhouse," said Chance Cleveland, "But it wasn't too bad. "
"She brought me and I'm paying for it," said David Strout.
"I have three kids," said Laura Ward, "And a laundry list here so hopefully we'll save a lot of money. "
