Local AM Buzz: Election Runoffs, Apartment Fire, LR Cold Case Arrest

Arkansans head to the polls today to decide the winners in Arkansas' fourth and first district runoffs. The 1st District race pits prosecutor Scott Ellington against state Rep. Clark Hall, in the 4th District Q. Byrum Hurst takes on Gene Jeffress.
KARK will be following the results throughout the day.
Little Rock Apartment Fire
About two hundred people forced out of their homes at the Plaza Tower apartment building after a Monday night fire. Eight people were injured, two seriously.
Many of the apartment dwellers were elderly.
The fire is now under investigation.
LR Cold Case Arrest
A cold case arrest is made in a Little Rock murder.
Hours after being let out of prison for drug charges, a man is arrested for murder.
Montrell Burton, 30, is now charged with capital murder for the death of Calvin Watson.
Watson was found shot in November 2010.
