They've been debating Edwards' fate now for a week.
Edwards is charged with six criminal counts of campaign finance violations stemming from his presidential campaign in 2008.

Memorial Day Gas Prices Drop

AAA says most travelers this weekend will notice the lowest gas prices in two years.
With crude oil prices hovering around $90 a barrel, some energy analysts predict gas prices will continue to fall for the rest of the summer.
The national average for a gallon of gas is $3.66, down .26 cents from the peak in April.
South Carolina has the lowest average price right now at $3.33 a gallon.
However, gas prices in many west coast states remain above $4.00, mainly due to some refinery issues.
The average price for gas in Arkansas is $3.34
