Seven is a lucky number for the latest big winner in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
Billy Smith, of Fayetteville, won $77,777 with an instant "Jewel 7's" he bought at the Pass Mini Mart.
In other lottery news, the estimated jackpot in tonight's Powerball drawing is up to $70-million while the next Mega Millions drawing on Friday will be for a $290-million jackpot.
