Person of Interest in Saturday's Fatal Shooting in Custody

Pine Bluff Police have identified Jeremy Allen, 22, as a person of interest in Saturday's fatal shooting.
Trarence Franklin was killed early Saturday on South Richard Street.
Authorities say Allen has active warrants for his arrest on a separate case.

Authorities in Pine Bluff are looking for a murder suspect following an overnight shooting that killed a 26-year-old man.
Officers responded to South Richard Street around 1 a.m. Saturday and discovered Taraence Franklin unconscious in a driveway. Law enforcement reports he was shot at least once. Franklin died at the scene.
After talking with witnesses, it's believed Franklin was visiting a girl when someone busted through the front door. Franklin is believed to have chased the intruder out of the house and into the front yard. At that point, shots were fired and Franklin was killed.
Pine Bluff police are now working to identify a suspect. The shooter remains on the run this morning.
