From a physical spotter standpoint, where do you watch for rotation to a tornado possibly developing (not radar rotation)?
You look for a rain free base, in there you look for a lowering, in that lowering you look for rapidly rising air and condensation. This air MUST be rising quickly with intense rotation to it.
