An unusual recall has been announced.
The company MiceDirect has announced that it is recalling millions of frozen mice, rats and chicks due to fears of salmonella.
The frozen animals were sold to be food for snakes and other pet reptiles.
The company said salmonella can affect the animals and the humans that feed the food to them.
It promises that future shipments will be irradiated in order to kill the bacteria.
MiceDirect also reminds its customers to wash their hands after they handle the snake food.
