CONWAY, AR - Michael Fowler has been found guilty of negligent homicide, leaving the scene of an accident, and DWI in Faulkner County Circuit Court.

Original story (March 20):
LITTLE ROCK, AR -- The man accused of killing a 12-year-old in a hit-and-run last August is scheduled to go to trial March 20.

Michael Fowler is facing a negligent homicide charge for killing Garret Martin, who was riding an ATV in a neighborhood just outside of Wooster last August when investigators say Fowler came barreling through and hit him.
