The Pulaski County Humane Society confiscated more than 100 dogs from property belonging to Sandra and Marcus Nance back in June.
They cited intense heat and a lack of food and water for taking the animals.
The husband and wife each faced three felony charges and 10 misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty.
Sandra Nance was found guilty on five misdemeanor charges, her husband was found not guilty on all charges.
Nance has not been sentenced, but family members say she plans to appeal the jury's decision.
