Arkansas domestic abuse shelters are bracing themselves for more funding cuts after already suffering from shrinking budgets. Organizations are seeing a 30 percent reduction in funds, thanks to fewer marriage licenses and bail bonds fees. Portions of both feed into the domestic peace fund and new cuts from the federal sequester and local groups are being forced to make tough choices
