Recycling is good for the environment but it's also proving beneficial for student's wallets.

University of Arkansas at Fayetteville students can now get discounts for every can they recycle, thanks to new technology.

Two electronic recycling stations called the "Dream Machines" keep track of how much each student puts in.

Students earn points that can go toward local discounts, entertainment, travel, and dining.

Every can collected helps support Pepsi Co. entrepreneurship boot camp for veterans with disabilities.
