Nestle Plant in Jonesboro Announces Lay Off

The Nestle plant has announced that 70 jobs will be eliminated over the next several weeks.

A spokesperson with the company says the lay offs go into effect February 11.

Also production at the plant will be reduced from six days a week to four.

Six hundred people will still remain employed at the company's plant in Jonesboro.
