Relatives of a man gunned down by Little Rock Police officers are arguing that the department needs to be overhauled.

Sons of Eugene Ellison, who was shot and killed by two female officers in 2010, filed a complaint with the Department of Justice over the investigation into their father's death.

The two female officers were cleared in 2010.

The Justice Department is investigating and has recently responded, urging attorneys to send any more files that justify their accusations.

"I can personally attest to the fact that within these files are highly questionable techniques and practices surrounding very questionable actions in the field," says attorney Michael Laux.

The Little Rock Police Department isn't commenting on this case as long as the investigation continues.
