Fit 2 Live Event

Fit 2 Live is once a month at Laman Library in North Little Rock. The event is held every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm. The event is at the main branch of the library and will provide opportunities to learn about nutrition, exercise options, healthy grocery shopping and meal planning.
