Former Little Rock Police Officer Josh Hastings will tell a judge this week if he's guilty or not guilty of manslaughter after the shooting death of a teenager last year.

Hastings had originally said, a suspects car was rolling towards him when he opened fire killing 15 year old Bobby Moore at an apartment complex in Little Rock in August, but an investigation revealed the car was actually in reverse. If convicted Hastings could face up to 10 years in prison.
