Former Deputy Faces Judge Tomorrow for Criminal Mischief Felony

A former Pulaski County Sheriff's deputy accused of ramming a gate in Garland county last summer will face a judge tomorrow. 

Corey Lawson is charged with felony criminal mischief after investigators say he got into a fight with his girlfriend at Brady Mountain Marina in Royal and repeatedly slammed his truck into a security gate.

Damage to the gate estimates to thousands of dollars.

Lawson has since resigned from the Sheriff's office.
