Maumelle High Student Who Beat Cancer Returns to School

A Maumelle student who was diagnosed with cancer is back in school.
   
Chad Cox returned to Maumelle High on Wednesday.

The star pitcher on the baseball team was diagnosed last fall, forcing him to stay home and endure several bouts of chemotherapy.
   
His baseball teammates team shaved their heads to show their support.
   
The teen was recently declared cancer-free, and on Wednesday, Cox returned to class.
