Rogers Teen Accused of Sexually Assaulting Assistant Principal

Fernando Rodriguez, 18, faces a second-degree sexual assault charge following reports that on Nov. 30 he was accused of inappropriate physical or sexual contact with the school administrator while on campus.
When the incident occurred, Rodriguez was a student at Heritage, but according to the school, is no longer enrolled.
Rodriguez was taken at the Benton County Sheriff's Office and is now awaiting a bond hearing.
