Medical Facilities Corporation Acquires Arkansas Surgical Hospital

Arkansas Surgical Hospital announced on Wednesday an agreement to sell 51 percent interest in the hospital to Medical Facilities Corporation.
 
The acquisition aims to increase the geographic scope of the facility, making it accessible to a broader range of patients.
 
"Amid the uncertainty in healthcare today, this relationship solidifies Arkansas Surgical Hospital's ability to provide exceptional care into the future," said Carrie Helm, CEO.
 
There are no planned management changes.
