1:45 p.m. - Morgan Freeman Out of Hospital, Divorcing Wife

Actor Morgan Freeman has left a Memphis hospital after treatment following a car accident earlier this week. While Freeman was hospitalized and having surgery for his injuries, it was also revealed that he and wife Myrna Colley-Lee are divorcing after 24 years of marriage.
Freeman suffered a shoulder injury in the Sunday night accident on a Mississippi highway, but his surgery to repair nerve damage is expected to lead to a full recovery.
The Memphis native won an Oscar for his supporting role in "Million Dollar Baby" in 2004. He's currently starring in the latest Batman installment "The Dark Knight."
