Gas Prices: Affecting Your Pocketbook

gasA federal gas tax holiday's been talked about--it would shave about 18 cents off each gallon of gas you buy. However, a study by Quinnipiac University, in Connecticut, finds, while 69 percent of Americans say the rising cost of gas is a serious problem, only 41 percent are for repealing the gas tax temporarily. The survey also found 39 percent have made changes to their vacation plans this summer.
