Funnel Cakes

3 cups vegetable oil
4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 1/2 cups milk
3 large eggs
powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar for dusting

heat oil over medium high heat ( about 350 degrees)
In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder. Next add the milk and
eggs. Whisk till smooth.
Transfer the batter into gallon freezer bags and cut tip off of bag. Place
mixture in oil by drizzling back
and forth in hot oil. When bottom is brown flip and do other side. About
1 minute per side.
