Portuguese Cornbread

2 packages dry yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups white cornmeal
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 stick melted butter
2 cups all purpose flour
 
 
In a small bowl combine yeast, sugar and water.  Let set for 10  minutes.
Next add remaining ingredients.  Mix well until dough ball forms.  Place on baking stone and
coat with olive oil and loose cornmeal.  Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until golden
brown.
