Franklin's Feast: Strawberry Soup

Strawberry Soup
1 quart heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
4 pints strawberries diced or pureed
1 cup milk
1/4 cup grand mariner (optional)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Add berries and stir together.
Let set for 4 hours in cooler. Add cream and milk. Add Grand Mariner.
Blend together and chill. Garnish with whipped cream or slices of strawberries.
