Remedies for Computer Eyes

computerHow many hours each day do you spend in front of a computer? If you're like most Americans -- it's quite a few. The machines that are so important in our lives -- could be wreaking havoc on our eyes. Computer Vision Syndrome, or CVS, is a relatively new medically defined ailment. Focusing continually on a computer screen triggers a whole host of complaints, including double and blurry vision and headaches. But, there are remedies -- lubricating the eyes with artificial tears, looking away in the distance, relaxing your eyes or consciously blinking can help.
