BBQ Shoulders

BBQ Shoulders
2 cups brown sugar
11 cups paprika
1 cup salt
2 cups cayenne pepper
1/2 cup black pepper
1 cup season salt
5 cups liquid smoke
6 each pork shoulders

NOTE: This recipe serves a crowd, divide ingredients by 6 to make enough for just your family.
 
In a separate container mix all the ingredients except for the shoulders.
Mix them well.

In a large crock pot place the pork shoulder.  Spread the mixture over
the shoulder until well coated.

Add 1 cup of water to bottom of pot and place on low for 12 hours. 
Serve when ready.
