Arkansas gubernatorial candidate Curtis Coleman will announce his plans to enhance Arkansas' services to the State's veterans at a news conference on Tuesday, March 19, at 10:00 a.m. at the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History, 503 East Ninth Street, in Little Rock. Coleman will also announce his campaign's Military and Veterans Affairs Coalition and Veterans for Coleman.
