Man Robs Texarkana Gold and Silver Exchange

The Texarkana Police Department is searching for the man who robbed the Texarkana Gold and Silver Exchange at gunpoint on Wednesday.

It happened about 4:30 Wednesday afternoon at the business located in the 4000 block of North State Line Avenue. 

An employee told police the suspect came into the business armed with a handgun and demanded cash and affter getting some money, the man ran from the store.

He is described as a black man who's 5'9" to 5'11" tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He was wearing a black shirt and black pants. 

This case is under investigation, and anyone with information is encouraged to call the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department at (903) 798-3154 or Texarkana area CrimeStoppers at (903) 793-STOP.
