State Rep. Andy Mayberry Discusses Several of his Proposed Bills on KARK 4 Today

One of proposed bills is is HB 2274. It passed, it would force the University of Arkansas and Arkansas State University - two of the state's Division 1 schools - to play at least a one-time regular season football game for a charitable cause. Andy Mayberry sat down with Matt Mosler to talk about that and several other issues this morning on KARK 4 Today.
