Read Labels For A Healthy Heart.

Read the Labels

Before you buy food read the label and look our for items high in sodium,  saturated and trans fats. Try to stay away from such items or go with versions of the item that use the terms free, low and reduced.

Reduced usually means 25% less than the standard

Low has a less than 25%

Free has the least
