LITTLE ROCK, AR -- There are dozens of ways for a student to get a high school diploma online, but not in the State of Arkansas.

House Majority Leader Bruce Westerman wants to change that.

He's introducing a bill to allow high school students to get their diploma with a click of the mouse.

"I believe we are in the information age now, if you look around, you can get college degrees online, you can get graduate college degrees online," Westerman says.

Westerman says students will have an accountability system to adhere to as well.
