Some reports show that a detox can leave you feeling lighter and more energized, some nutrition experts warn some detox plans could leave you feeling quite the opposite. In face, some dieticians say there is no evidence to indicate a detox is any benefit to your body. They can lead to low blood sugar which causes headaches and trouble concentrating. The liver and kidneys do help the body detox naturally, but those who support the idea of a detox diet say that's not always true for people who drink too much caffeine, don't get enough sleep or eat poorly.
