Work Continues on Young Road Overpass after Crash

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR - Starting on Tuesday March 12th, on lane of the Young Road overpass will be closed for construction work.
A traffic signal will be installed for alternating one-way traffic until the construction is complete.
The bridge sustained significant damage when an 18-wheeler crashed on I-40 and came to rest under the bridge while fully engulfed.
The overpass was constructed in 1963 and carries 750 vehicles per day.
