The training for soldiers and marines is taking place in ranges on the northeast side of the installation near Cato, and south of Arkansas Highway 89.
Officials say the sounds of the live fire mortar and explosives training will likely carry outside Camp Robinson's perimeter.
Nearby communities which may hear or feel effects of the training include: Cato, Mayflower, Runyon Acres, Gravel Ridge, and Oak Grove.
