Bradley County Man Killed When Semi Hits ATV

A Bradley County man has died after a semi hit the ATV he was riding.

It happened in Warren on Wednesday night just before six o'clock.

The Arkansas State Police (ASP) identifies the victim as Rodney J. Parnell, 66, of Warren.

The ASP accident report shows that Parnell's ATV was headed south on Highway 278 West and was trying to cross Highway 278 when the truck headed west on Highway 278 hit him.

The driver of the semi, Alvin Davidson, 47, of Smackover, was not injured.
