EL DORADO, Ark. -- A new trial date is set for an indicted Ouachita County judge.

Lawyers for James Hesterly asked for the trial to be delayed so they can properly prepare.

The trial was originally set to begin next week, but now it's set for August at the Federal Courthouse in El Dorado.

Hesterly and Harry Clemons are both accused of bribery and conspiracy charges involving the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
