LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- A bill that would require Arkansas voters to show photo identification at the polls cleared a House committee on Wednesday morning.

SB2 cleared the committee by a 13-6 vote, and will now make its way to the House for a vote on Friday.

The bill was passed in the Arkansas Senate on Feb. 20, but a House of Representatives Panel held it up when questions of how much it would cost were raised.
