Pope Co. Increasing Patrol after Reported Kidnapping Attempt

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. -- The Pope County Sheriff's Office is increasing patrols after an attempted kidnapping.

The incident reportedly happened at Upper McGuire Loop in Russellville on Thursday night.

The Sheriff says a father reported that his daughter and her friend were riding bikes when a man lunged and tried to grab them.
