Crossett Man Declared Unfit to Stand Trial for Murder

A Crossett man charged in a murder from last year has been declared unfit to stand trial.

Richard Carson Owens, 19, is accused in the April 2012 shooting death of Jacob Stockstill, 17.

After being declared unfit for trial, Owens was committed to the State Hospital by a circuit court judge.
