Keeping Warm vs. Fighting Allergies?

Winter is usually when home owners discover all those cracks and hidden holes that let chilly outdoor air inside. But, is it really in your best interest to "fix" those problems, especially if you suffer from allergies?
Indoor air pollution, like smoke, pollen, mold and dust, is one of the top environmental concerns in the U.S.
All that can trigger allergies or asthma.
Using a vacuum with an allergen filtration can get rid of minute particles so they don't get back into the air.
Deep cleaning with specially formulated liquid cleaning solutions can help loosen and remove allergens.
Other "winter cleaning" tips include, washing your bedding in hot water, and, control moisture in the home to prevent mold spores by maintaining relative humidity below 55%.
