All the years on the field, the grueling practices, the wins and the losses brought seven Charging Wildcats to Signing Day.

"It's a big step to be here. I'm blessed. You know I suffered an injury," Altee Tenpenny, who signed with Alabama, said.

The big name among the seniors is Altee Tenpenny, who verbally committed to Alabama last year. It's not what Arkansas fans like to hear, but his mother is just glad the day has finally come.

"We just took time to pray and fast and when it came down to it, that's where he wanted to be," Sheritta Shephard said.

Head Coach Brad Bolding says it's amazing to see the guys grow into young men.

"What they've been able to accomplish not only in football but out in the community in the class says a lot about their parents," Bolding said.

The players won't be able to forget their days as Charging Wildcats because they all have wristbands to take with them. It has a secret slogan on them in a different language that only they know.

Wide Receiver Rodney Bryson, who signed with Henderson State, said he wears every every wristbrand he's gotten since his sophomore year, and he remembers every slogan for every year. He wouldn't reveal the secret code but explained the meaning.recieiver Rodney

"We all come together and play for each other. That's all it is," Bryson said.

It's a code that really sums up their time on the field. They all became teammates in the sixth grade.

"It's overwhelming to know it's finally here. It's time to end but it's great," Bryson said.
