After fighting for owed back wages for more than a year, hundred of employees of an Arkansas Head Start agency are now fighting to receive W-2's to file their taxes.

Former employees of Child Development Inc. say they're getting the run around on who should issue the documents.

A federal agency was appointed to take over operations of Head Start and the state's ABC programs after Russellville-based CDI couldn't make payroll in January 2012 because of financial troubles.

The employees say they are trying to coordinate with both agencies as well as the Department of Labor to receive the documents, with little luck.
