Update: Three Lake Village Teens Arrested for Church Vandalism in Two Counties

Update (February 6):
Three Lake village teens have been arrested amid an investigation into church vandalism in two counties.

The boys reportedly admitted to doing thousands of dollars in damage to church buildings in Chicot and Drew counties.

Original story (February 4):
The Drew County Sheriff's Office (DCSO) is investigating after vandals damage a church.

It happened Saturday at the Bethel Temple Church, where windows and pictures were broken by mud and beer bottles that were apparently thrown at the building.

Deputies say nothing was stolen from the church but there was damage inside and outside the building.

Anyone with information about the vandalism is urged to call the DCSO at (870) 367-6211.
