According to the Lonoke County Sheriff's Office, last Thursday investigators acted on a tip of the location of 30-year-old Chon Elex Armstrong, who was wanted for an outstanding felony arrest warrant from the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
Investigators went to several residences in search of Armstrong, who was eventually found and apprehended in Cabot.
Along the course of the investigation, deputies discovered several items that were previously reported stolen, including four 4-wheelers, three cars, a ski boat, a compound bow and a crossbow.
The 4-wheelers that were recovered included a 2008 Honda Rancher reported stolen from a residence near Carlisle, a 2011 Honda Rancher stolen from a farm shop in Prairie County, a 1998 Yamaha Big Bear stolen from Carlisle, and a 2000 Honda Recon.
Investigators discovered a 2004 Chevy Avalanche, 1997 Toyota Camry and 2000 Mitsubishi Mirage, all of which were previously reported stolen out of Pulaski County.
The older-model ski boat was reported stolen from Lonoke County.
Lonoke County Sheriff John Staley says they are in the process of evaluating all the information and evidence in this investigation and more arrests are pending.
