"Rock For A Reason" began last year when UCA student and member of Alpha Sigma Alpha, Jordan Huntze, found out her 10 year old brother, Jack, had an inoperable tumor on his brain stem.

Jack underwent multiple treatments, most at St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. The family could only watch as doctors and nurses at St. Jude's worked tirelessly to save Jack.  Eight months after being diagnosed, Jack passed away.

Members of Alpha Sigma Alpha have put together a benefit concert where all of the proceeds go to St. Jude's for medical research in Jack's name.
