Tuesday marks the 40th anniversary of the controversial Roe v. Wade decision, and the fight over abortion in the United States is as fierce as ever.

Arkansas lawmakers have already filed two bills protecting fetal rights, including the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would ban abortions after 20 weeks.

Another bill modifies the Child Maltreatment Act, allowing doctors to report the suspected abuse of unborn children.
