The Little Rock Central High Marching Band and Flag Line are now on their way to Washington D.C.

The school was picked to perform at President Barack Obama's Inauguration Parade on Mon. Jan. 21.

While the school is in D.C., the students will also get time to visit some of the major attractions including the Ford Theatre, the U.S. Capitol, the Holocaust Museum, and the Arlington National Cemetery.

KARK's Mallory Hardin was live this morning at the school before the students left for their big trip.
