Tuesday's Breakfast Buzz topic is when is the right time to pierce your child's ears?

So Greg wanted to know,how early is too early to pierce a baby's ears? In some cultures piercings are OK for infants just weeks or days old. Some however believe it's cruel and should be held off until a child can actually ask for it. What do you think?
