If you got pulled over and got a speeding ticket in Mayflower within the last year, you could be eligible for a refund.

Mayflower's former police chief is facing a felony charge for turning in fraudulent documents for radar training.

Some officers claim they were allowed to use the radar without being trained.

If you've been pulled over since November 2011, you can check with city hall to see if you're eligible for a refund.

It is the chief%u2019s responsibility to make sure his officers are trained and legally able to perform their duties. If he failed to do this how is he being thrown under the bus?

Obviously, what the chief did was wrong. Still, decertification and felony charges? Someone really has it in for this guy! Gotta wonder if he's not being thrown under the bus to take the heat off of someone else, like the mayor? Seems like there's been at least three bad hires in the chief's position during this mayor's tenure.
