Bridge Maintenance in Interstate 40 in Lonoke Co. to Require Lane Closure

Crews continuing to do maintenance to a bridge on Interstate 40 in Lonoke County will require a lane closure this week, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.
The work, located west of the Kerr Exit, will require the westbound, outside lane of Interstate 40 to be closed on Thursday, Jan. 17 and Friday, Jan. 18.
The lane closures will be in effect between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day, weather permitting.
Motorists should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
